The word “personality” comes from the Latin word, persona, which means mask. Our personality was developed out of adaptive strategies to cope with challenges in life. With countless repetitions of these strategies, we form rigid personas and forget much of who we are.
We get stuck.
We trap ourselves believing that doing more, doing faster and better, will get us there.

I don’t offer coaching strategies or spiritual quick-fixes. I offer presence and deep listening—the sanctuary where your soul can rest and reveal itself.

1:1 Soul Sessions
60-minute sessions to explore and deepen, and grow together. I would recommend meeting fortnightly for the initial period. Then, you decide when you are ready to fly solo, and return whenever you need a haven to process any experience and learnings.
Single Session Fees - Sliding Scale
PAY-IT-FORWARD Option
$205 per session
If you are financially abundant and happy to give, please consider paying it forward to support others.
STANDARD Option
$165 per session
If you are financially stable and able to enjoy coffee or travel occassionally, please consider paying this amount.
Option With SUPPORT
$125 per session
If you need financial support, you are welcome to consider this option until you gain financial stability.
